We each carry our key to health and happiness within us

Thank you for visiting this website. I try to write it in a way that's easy to understand for everyone. It’s a field surrounded by many myths, and people often believe that the human psyche is something very complex and incomprehensible. In reality, it is entirely natural and self-evident. After all, it is based on the same principles as all of nature around us.
Everyone's journey to health and well-being is unique. Any activity that heals, restores balance, and promotes self-awareness and growth can be considered therapy. The path to lasting health and mental well-being lies mainly in the ability to listen to one's inner self and to learn to be in harmony with who one truly is. That way we can gain an understanding of our personal story and also the courage to live it in freedom and sincerity.
Our mind communicates through thoughts and feelings, signaling what needs change, healing, and focus in our lives. For more on this, see the "Head" section. Similarly, our body has its own way of telling us about conflicts and needs. More on this is in the "Body" section. Lastly, it's our relationships with others, ourselves, and the world, that are complementary to whole health - you can learn more in the "Networks" section.
